Consignors Only + Shop before the Public Tuesday 7:00 pm = Earn 65% of Your Sales
Work 1 ~~ 3hr shift + Shop before the Public Tuesday 6:30 pm = Earn 70% of Your Sales
Work 3 ~~ 3hr Shifts + Shop before the Public Tuesday 6:00 pm = Earn 75% of your Sales
Work 5 ~~ 3hr Shifts + Shop 1st before the Public Tuesday 5:30 pm = Earn 80% of your Sales
Please work the same number of shifts per $1,000

This Sale WILL NOT be here without the Consignors Volunteering!
When signing up to help out remember: Please send me Katie@TodaysKidsSale.com an Email if you are pregnant and/or have a physical limitation; I will assign you light duties.
The Consignor Fee is $10.00 It will be collected through Pay Pal/Major Credit Card while registering.
If you CANNOT participate in the sale for ANY reason the Consignor Registration Fee is NON - REFUNDABLE.
Getting Paid
You get paid the day you pick up!
We NO longer Require a self addressed, stamped envelope!
$1.00 will be deducted from you check instead.
If checks are not collected at Pick Up.
Checks will be mailed that following week.
Duties may contain any of the following descriptions
*Helping with set up or break down of equipment (Great shift for Dads and Husbands!)
*Greeting customers (with a smile)
*Checking in consignors merchandise
*Inspecting merchandise
*Organizing tables, and Racks for merchandise
*Prepping sales floor for sale
*Keeping sales floor clean, Matching lost and found tags and items
*Maintaining quality control during sale
*Bagging items at register
*Post sale sorting for consignors
Everyone must arrive at least 5 minutes early for shift.
Water and snacks will be provided.

These shifts have to be approved to Volunteer, Do Not be offended if you get taken off the shift.
If you are new to our sale, and would like to help we would LOVE to have you.

We ALL work as a team.
If you do not work well with others, please work a shift during the week!
Please Note: These shifts are the most critical. It is very important to be on time and to listen to instructions. We close at 8:00pm on Friday. Everything has to be sorted back in consignor # for pick up between 10:30am-11:00am. As well as the trailer loaded and everything set back up for another event. PLEASE, if you are scheduled to work Setup or Sort/Break Down,
PLEASEEEE Come eager to work!
Penalties
If you sign up to volunteer ANY shift, we are counting on you to be there. The smoother things run, the more money consignors (YOU) make! If you do not show up to work your shift, then you will be charged a $20 fee for no showing & your split reverts to 50/50.
If you NO show for 2 shifts, you will be charged an additional $40 for the no show fee & your split reverts to 40/60.
Consignors that NO SHOW will not be allowed to volunteer in future sales.
Policies
In order to run an efficient, well organized sale volunteers need to the following policy:
If you are volunteering to work during the drop off days - you MUST make your drop off appointment separate from your volunteer time. Each shift is 3 hours
Please arrange for childcare. This is a safety precaution for your little ones. Please be prompt - Arrive 5 minutes prior to your shift. This will allow us to show you your responsibilities and get you signed in.
IMPORTANT!
Please sign in upon arrival for your shift and sign out when your shift is completed.
This is how we know to give you proper credit for the shifts you have worked!
Be friendly and enthusiastic - remember smiling is contagious!
All cancellations require at least 24 notice in order to not be penalized.
You need to call and speak to someone personally. 478-714-1055
We are sensitive to unforeseen circumstance,
and will deal with those on individual basis.
